The following Terms govern your access to and use of Ubuje, the app discovery platform available at ubuje.com (the "Service"). By visiting or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Service.

Acceptance of Terms

Ubuje grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your personal or internal business purposes, in accordance with these Terms. Ubuje may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the Service at any time and may update these Terms as needed. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be posted on ubuje.com, and continued use of the Service after such posting signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you have an account or use paid features, additional terms may apply to those services.

Intellectual Property

All content and materials presented on the Service, including but not limited to the Ubuje branding, user interface, design elements, logos, graphics, text, and underlying software, are owned by Ubuje or its licensors. You are granted a limited license to view and use the Service in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, display, or create derivative works of any portion of the Service without prior written permission from Ubuje.

Submissions you make to the Service (such as reviews or feedback) remain your property, but you grant Ubuje a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publicly display, and distribute those submissions as necessary to operate, improve, and promote the Service.

Third-Party Links and Hosted Apps

The Service aggregates listings of apps that are hosted on third-party platforms, most notably the Google Play Store. Ubuje does not host, own, license, or control the actual apps or their content. Selecting an app listing on Ubuje will typically redirect you to the third-party platform to obtain or install the app. Ubuje is not responsible for the content, policies, terms of service, privacy practices, or availability of those third-party providers. You should review the terms and privacy notices of any third-party platform before use. While Ubuje strives for accuracy, we do not guarantee the completeness, reliability, or ongoing availability of any listed app or listing.

Ubuje and its affiliates, licensors, and contributors expressly disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, security, and accuracy. Ubuje does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components, nor that any content obtained through the Service is safe or reliable.

Limitation of Liability: TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, UBUJE AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. IN NO EVENT SHALL UBUJE'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS IN THE AGGREGATE EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID, IF ANY, BY YOU TO UBUJE FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
