Developer submissions

Developers seeking publishing, integration, or platform collaboration should submit a formal proposal to [email protected]. Please include:

  • Proposed timeline, milestones, and any required collaboration steps.

Submissions are reviewed by our Partnerships and Platform teams. Typical turnaround is 5-7 business days, after which you will receive either next steps or constructive feedback.

  • Urgent or security-related issues: acknowledgement within 4 hours; updates or remediation within 24 hours where feasible.
  • Developer submissions: review and feedback within 5-7 business days.
  • Billing or contractual questions: reply within 1-2 business days.
